  1. To send informative and promotional communications about new artworks, exhibitions, events, collections, product launches or news related to the artistic career of Edith Pons, FABRICA SACRA or ADORNA.

5. ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition) and consent withdrawal

  2. Email address or other means to communicate the response.
  3. A copy of a valid official ID (such as passport, national ID or any legally accepted identification).
  4. A clear description of the data regarding which you wish to exercise your right, and the specific right you intend to exercise (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition or withdrawal of consent).

The Controller will respond within the time frames established by applicable regulations, indicating whether the request is admissible and the steps to follow.
